Samantha Marin, Online Editor in Chief
Samantha Marin is in her third year at Rio Hondo College. She is currently majoring in Journalism and Communications. She is part of the Rio Hondo media team El Paisano as digital editor-in-chief. After Rio, she plans on transferring to Cal State Long Beach. Samantha wants to have a career as a sports reporter. Her dream job is to be a reporter for the Spectrum Sportsnet LA channel, which is the main station for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Samantha has many interests. Disney is one of her favorites. Disney movies are her favorite kind of movies to watch. She also loves going to Disneyland whenever she gets the chance. Samantha is a huge dog lover. She has a golden retriever and a german shepard. The dogs that she really wants are a husky and a doberman. If she didn’t want to be a reporter, Samantha would’ve wanted to be a veterinarian.
