Rio Versus Antelope Valley

The Roadrunners last result was a very tight game coming to a final result of five-to-four. Overall, with some missing players, Rio almost pulled it off but came short against Antelope Valley. In a brief response from Antelope, they commented that Rio was no exception so both teams were here to play. Also, Rio had to play in high extreme weather conditions which isn’t something Rio usually plays in. Another issue was Rio had to forfeit two of their remaining seven lines. The number one, two and three singles and number one doubles were victorious.

Coming back from a close tight loss the Roadrunners were seeking a victory versus the Mounties. The match was played this past Tuesday. The match came to a result for the Roadrunners which was very needed. This match everyone in the team won whether it was singles or doubles. Looking back at the last match recap some players might not have performed at their best but this match was the opposite. In the start of the matches Rio was already down on the scoreboard but also a player. So the remaining five lines had to be secured by Rio but ended with the ladies securing six out 7.

What next for the Roadrunners well they have five games remaining before the season comes to an end. Three home games and two away games so make sure everyone comes out and supports our lady Roadrunners. Best of luck to the ladies and make sure to come support.
