The Los Angeles Police Department will be hosting an open hiring workshop at Rio Hondo on Oct. 30, directly on campus.

The workshop will be held in room S121, with the entrance exam in the same location at 6:30 p.m.

Any questions will be addressed before the LAPD selection process during the workshop.

Candidates do not have to attend the workshop to take the entrance exam.

The LAPD currently offer a starting salary rate of $57,420 a year to new officers.
