Managing Stress For College Success: A Workshop Series to be held on campus
The Center for Career and Re-Entry Services will be hosting a Managing Stress For College Success workshop series on Mar. 21 and Apr. 4.
The workshops are intended for students who are currently feeling stressed and overwhelmed with work, school, and family responsibilities.
Students will participate in a “Stress 101” crash course on what students need to know about stress, as well as two activities: Music and Stress Reduction and Ready, Set, Meditate.
Managing Stress For College Success will be take place from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in SS-305.
Students are required to attend both workshop series.
