Frank Clark Headed to Kansas City
On Tuesday, April 23 the Seahawks and the Chiefs agreed to a deal that would send Frank Clark to Kansas City for draft picks. While the Chiefs acquired Clark the Seahawks were able to obtain a 2019 1st round pick, a 2020 2nd round pick, and some 3rd round picks. Clark’s deal with the Chiefs will be worth 105.5 million dollars over a span of 5 years. The loss of their star defensive end, will be detrimental to the Seahawk’s usually sturdy defense. They have already loss franchise player’s such as Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, and Kam Chancellor over the past couple of years. With the team’s newly acquired draft picks look for them to draft an edge rusher in the first round this year.
