Rupaul’s Drag Race Reveals Season 10 Queens
A look at the 14 queens competing for the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar.
Even though RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 is only halfway through the season VHI and World of Wonder Productions are already in full gear of their next season of the global Drag competition. The reality shows tenth season (not including All Stars) will premiere on March 22. This premiere is only ONE WEEK after All Stars ends. This leaves no time to miss the phenomenal reality show that showcases “the tenacity of the human spirit”. The shows mantra according to host, executive producer, and drag legend RuPaul.
The tenth season will be the first time that all episodes will be 90 minutes long. This also marks the return of Untucked on air. Untucked is the half hour after show that shows the queens “kiki’ing” while the judges deliberate. This means Drag Race fans have two hours to look forward to when the show airs.
Tonight during the all new episode of All Stars 3 we were shown all of the queens competing for the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar in a special Meet The Queens episode. There was also a Facebook live stream immediately following the special. All 14 queens were asked questions by reigning queen and host Sasha Velour.
The one queen we all knew would be revealed is Eureka! The queen was previously in the season nine cast but was sent home because of a broken knee. An injury she obtained during a cheerleading challenge of the competition.
The cast features 14 of the most vibrant and talented queens in the nation. Including queens with names like Aquaria, The Vixen, and Dusty Ray Bottoms. Rounding out the cast are Asia O’Hara, Blair St. Clair, Kameron Michaels, Mayhem Miller, Miz Cracker, Monet X Change, Monique Heart, Vanessa Mateo, and Yuhua Hamasaki.
The neon cast photo shows off everyones personalities wonderfully but a true standout will not be known until we see more footage.
