Speciesism results in the belief that humans have the right to use non human animals which scholars say is pervasive in modern society. Philosophers and animal rights advocates state that speciesism plays a role in the animal industrial complex… including in the practice of factory farming, animal slaughter, blood sports (such as bull fighting and rodeos). Stay away from both land-based and marine circuses that use animals as living props. Dogs and pigs, both animals feel joy, fear, and pain… So why do we love one but eat the other?
