This years ‘Arrowverse’ crossover event is planning to introduce the Dc comic character BatWoman for the first time in live action. The Arrow star expressed his enthusiasm about the upcoming project and character,

The rest of Cw’s superhero shows

air nights were revealed: Supergirl on Sundays, Dc’s Legends Of Tomorrow and Arrow on Mondays finished with Black Lightning and The Flash on Tuesday Nights.

There have been dozens of iterations of the character Batwoman, the idea first developed in Detective Comics #233 in 1956.

Batwoman has been in dozens of animated shows, usually being a hero and defendant  of Gotham city, an idea that Pedowitz brought up in the presentation.

“We are adding the city of Gotham into the Arrowverse … This will be another full-throttled, action-packed event.”

The latest iteration of the character in DC comics is Kate Kane a former military woman , known for her striking red detailed uniform and being a representative of the lesbian community.

The city of Gotham has been named dropped several times within the last few years in the DC TV universe, so the addition and focus of the fictional home of many Dc characters was inevitable.
