Mimi Castellanos is currently attending Rio Hondo College as a Journalism Major. She has previously worked as a Sports Editor and Reporter for the El Paisano Newspaper. Mimi is currently the Editor in Chief for El Paisano's Digital platform. As a former competitive soccer athlete for about 16 years, she also had the opportunity to play professionally. Along with soccer, Mimi enjoys practicing writing and photography during her spare time while discovering new ways to improve her journalism skills. She hopes to extend her knowledge as a student into her future work developing captivating content for people to enjoy.
