Bake and holiday boutique sale to be held on campus

Rio Hondo will be holding a bake and coffee sale on Nov. 12 in the mid-quad area at 8:30 a.m.

Besides baked goods and coffee, other food items will be sold throughout the day such as kettle corn, nachos, and tacos.

A holiday boutique vendor sale will also follow at the same location from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature a variety of items such as chair massages, costumes, jewelry, and knitted goods.

Holiday orientated items will be the main focus of the sale as themed aprons, blankets, tupperware, and Christmas cards will all be sold throughout the sale.

A variety of Dia de Los Muertos items will also be sold, many of which might be left-overs from the festival that took place at Rose Hills Memorial Park earlier this month.

The sale is a great way for students to save money on holiday shopping for loved ones and home decor, as well as grabbing a bite to eat on their way to class.
