OC Police shut down office complex after taking down the gunman.

March 31, 2021 in Orange, CA., a shooting took place at an office complex. The gunman took the lives of four people, including a nine year old boy.

Aminadab Gonzalez, 44, was the gunman. He arrived at the complex and locked the gates with cables. After reports of shooting, the police arrived and broke through the gates, then encountered Gonzalez. During a shootout, the police shot Gonzalez. He is currently in critical condition.

As of now, The police department suspects that Gonzalez planned the shooting. If proven so, the prosecution will push for the death penalty. Gonzalez is charged with murder, attempted murder, and attempted murder of a police officer.

The victims are Matthew Farias, 9, Genevieve Raygoza, 28, Genevieve’s father Luis Tovar Sr., 50, and  Leticia Guzman, 58. Blanca Tamayo, mother of Matthew and Genevieve, was the only survivor.

To this day, family, friends, and residents pay their respects at the complex. There are GoFundMe accounts for each one of the victims to help their families.
