Music Review: MGK vs Slipknot, Deceased Artists sued

MGK vs Slipknot

Rapper and rockstar Machine Gun Kelly looks to be getting into a feud with a band. It seems that front man for heavy metal band Slipknot Cory Tayler had a few things to say. “I (hate) the artists who failed in one genre and decide to go rock and I think he knows who he is, but that is for another story” Cory said in an interview. MGK then said back on his set in Riot Fest at Chicago a few days ago saying. “You wanna know what I’m really happy that i’m not doing? Being 50 years old wearing a f***ing weird mask on f***ing stage.” Who knows but this feud looks to be bubbling up.

Deceased Artists sued

The late soundcloud rappers Lil Peep and xxxtentacion had a posthumous song made and released titled “Falling Down”. With the song becoming 3 years old a few days ago. Artist Richard Hoff recognized the song. It used the same guitar riff as his song “Under My Breath”. Oddly enough Richards’ lawsuit for copyright infringement is for the artists themselves and not for their estate saying that they are residents in California.
