Piano-Piano is a place everyone can call home
You’ve had a long day at work and in class and you feel the need to unwind and perhaps have a drink or two. Piano-Piano is the perfect place to do that. Piano-Piano opened in 2014 to create an atmosphere like no other.
Piano-Piano is a bar, restaurant and a dueling piano show located at 555 W. Foothill Blvd in Claremont that offers a variety of musical and comical entertainment suited for adults 21 and over.
Performances vary daily and feature Karaoke, live bands, singers, and roasting is also held for those seeking a good laugh. The highlight of Piano-Piano hands down is the Dueling Piano show in which some of the most talented musicians play songs on pianos upon the audiences’ request.
The staff at Piano-Piano strives to make it a place where everyone feels as though they all belong.
The best part of the show is the piano bidding war in which audience members can fill out a request form with a song of their choice along with a tip. In return, a performer will play the song for the bidder. If someone doesn’t like it, he or she can fill out a request form with a different song and turn it in so that the performer can play their song instead.
The performers are quite talented. They can perform anything on the spot from Lynyrd Skynyrd to Britney Spears and Dr. Dre just to name a few.
Piano-Piano operates seven nights a week. They are open Sunday and Monday from 8:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 7 p.m.-12:30 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m.-1 a.m..
For those college students on a budget, they do have happy hour specials. These specials include $1 Tacos, $3 XX Drafts, $4 Margaritas, $6 Appetizers, and 50% off the menu and drinks on Sunday and Monday from open until close.
Some of their most popular specialty drinks are Sex on Fire which is a splash of Vodka mixed with fruit juice.
Be sure to ask for Johnny’s Juice which is a drink named after it’s creator and Piano-Piano bartender.

The managers and staff at Piano-Piano work their hardest to provide both their regulars and new customers with an energetic atmosphere where birthdays are celebrated, bachelor parties are held and more.
