Venom: Let There Be Carnage’s Must Watch End Credit Scene

Will Venom finally be meeting the web head?

Since the release of Venom back in Oct of 2018, fans have been waiting, impatiently, for its sequel and it is finally here. Well it will be here as of Oct 15, 2021; however, earlier this week it had its first screening in front of a live audience and they have not been quiet.

Audience’s “Warning”

The audience, although not able to review the film until later this month, quickly took to twitter to give fans a heads up as to what to look out for when watching the film. “DO NOT MISS THE END CREDITS!” tells us twitter user @neilvagg along with a multitude of others who were lucky enough to attend its first screening. This leading to many questions as to what the particular scene holds, will Venom be joining the MCU? Will we be seeing an opening of the multiverse though Doctor Strange?

Director’s Statement

A statement made by the film’s director Andy Serkis has caused a bit of mayhem and conspiracy to arise surrounding the question. “Everyone wants to know when Venom is going to meet Spider-Man, personally, it’s not going to happen. I’m kidding. It’s going to happen, the question is when.” Serkis told this to IGN the same day as the screening causing fans who are waiting for the release to believe Spider-Man is who we will be seeing in the end credit scene. Now is this truly what we will see or are fans just setting themselves up for disappointment? It looks as if we’ll just have to wait and see on Oct 15.
