Entertainment Weekly releases first official image for ‘Stranger Things 2’

Have you jump aboard the Stranger Things hype train?

The first trailer for Stranger Things’ second season was released during Super Bowl LI this past weekend. Now, Entertainment Weekly has provided us with the first official image for the upcoming season. The image will be featured on the cover of EW’s February magazine issue. The issue is set to release February 10.

The image features the young stars of the first season. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) is in the center of the photo, with Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), and Will (Noah Schnapp) surrounding her.

Not much is known about what’s in store for the second season of the 80’s-based show. We do know, however, that this season will take place during Halloween time.

In the first trailer, we see Lucas, Dustin, and Mike dressed up as Ghostbusters. Will is not shown in costume with his friends, leaving fans of the show wondering if he’ll go missing again.

Season one of the Netflix original was a huge success. The show has been raved about by people of all ages, from children to older adults, to everyone in between.

Season two of Stranger Things will be bringing back the main characters of the first season along with a few newcomers. It is set to release on Halloween 2017 exclusively on Netflix.
