Saving the world will be no picnic in Cloudy 2

“Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” bites its way into theaters with its family friendly humor and pans.

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 started off with a short recap of what had happened in the first Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and then continued where it had left off.

Flint Lockwood and Sam Sparks plan their future life together after the disastrous food storm in the first film had ended. But shortly after, Chester V, Flint’s idol, appears as a hologram to Flint and is finally recognized as a scientist.

Everyone in town is forced to leave for Chester’s team plans on doing a cleanup from all the mess and as he announces it, he also mentions he would like Flint to join The Live Corp Company.

With the support of family and friends, Flint accepts Chester’s offer to work with the brightest inventors in the world. They will allow him to be as creative as he can to help the world.

His first job given by Chester was to go back and save the world because his famous creation of turning water into food was still workings and was creating food animals that were very dangerous.

Flint then quickly gathers his crew consisting of his father Tim, Sam Sparks, ‘Baby’ Brent, Manny, Steve and Earl Devereaux. He was then off to make Chester proud and become a hero once again.

When they arrived, they were surprised to see the island had become a jungle with living food animal such as watermelephants, shrimpanzees, flamangos, and the giant cheese spider. This was when the journey to save the world began.

This film is a great film to take your family or loved ones to go watch.

I certainly recommend it for it is very funny and will have you laughing.

They were very creative with the food animals and the whole jungle.

I also enjoyed the music featured in the film by Ohio Express. The song was Yummy Yummy Yummy. This song suited the film very well for it was all about the food and how delicious it was and looked.

The film just came out September 27, so there is still plenty of time to go watch it.

The only thing I would recommend it that if you are not find being around children or thing they are going to be a distraction you should plan on going at a later time maybe in the evening. For they go to the earlier showings.
