Speak Out: Should student/teacher relationships be okay on a college level?

On a college level I guess it’s okay because by then students are adults. So you know what to do, what’s wrong, what’s right. If you want to tell other people, that should be your decision. I think its fine as long as they know how to handle it properly and the teacher is not biased.

“No, because I don’t know…that’d just be weird. I feel like teachers would be biased towards other students. They’d be like, ‘Well yeah, she’s my girlfriend, I have to give her an A.’ And to other students, that wouldn’t be fair. Even if the relationship was under wraps, it’d still feel weird to me.”

“Yes. I think so long that it’s out of the classroom and as long as they’re both adults too and it’s legal, it should be okay. I think it’s perfectly fine.”
