California Highway Patrol holding ‘Women in Law Enforcement’ seminar

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is hosting a ‘Women in Law Enforcement Career Seminar’ on Mar. 5 to reach out to women who are interested in diversity, challenges, and opportunities.

The seminar will be held at the Boy Scouts of America Building (Los Angeles Council) at 8 a.m.

Although this event showcases accomplishments by women in law enforcement, all interested persons are encouraged to attend.

The seminar will provide extensive information on how to apply for the CHP, challenges that women face in law enforcement, motivational tools, and salary and benefits.

The CHP is currently seeking motivated people who will be committed to carrying out the department’s mission of providing safety, service, and security to the people of California and in making a difference in our communities.

Registration to the seminar is a must.
